Been rather taken up with health recently - what with my brother Nick having a triple heart bypass in Cincinnati and good friend Ed in hospital here in the UK with Pancreitis, it makes me feel lucky to be fine. Have therefore booked (courtesy of Mum & Dad) a full Bupa health check, including heart scan and the cycling cardiovascular thing - what fun. Hopefully all will be well, but you can't help being a little scared.
On a lighter note, J & I are booking a few days in Prague mid-March, in a funky little boutique hotel called the Balthasar. Coffee, art, architecture - should be good.
