Guitar

Continuing with the old guitar lessons - greatly enjoying playing, as the mysteries of chord playing are slowly revealed - don't know why I didn't learn 30 years ago - I could be Jimmy Page by now.

Have also been liking getting into Bert Jansch - his song, Blackwaterside, is a gem which appears to have been "borrowed" by Jimmy Page for Led Zep 1, Black Mountainside.

Talking of Jimmy Page, we watched "It Might Get Loud", a docu-film directed by the guy who did An Inconvenient Truth and starring The Edge, Jack White from The White Stripes and , yes, Jimmy Page. Very good.

Having another cold snap just now - bit of overnight snow added to the heavy frost to make a freezing, slidey walk for me & the dog. Very picturesque though.
