Karaoke

Went to Barbara's 50'th birthday party on Saturday - Barbara is old work buddy Russell's other half and she had quite a party - ended up singing karaoke (Daydream Believer, New York New York and Sweet Caroline) into the early hours - poor neighbours!!!!

Also went to Selina's Open Studio and met Simon and Liz, the lovely people who run the Saffron Gallery in Battle - should have an exhibition there sometime.

Visited the De La Warr on Monday to see exhibitions there - Antony Gormley, Tony Bevan (huge painting/drawings of Buddha's head - impressive) and a lovely collection of modernist drawings including many of my old faves, Giacommetti, Motherwell, Klein etc etc - very excellent. The De La Warr comes up trumps again.
